ALV  will be added to all prices. In case of a price adjustment Bakers will use the price on the day of delivery. Prices are exworks. 

 

By various reasons can we be forced to minor changes in apperance and meassures. 

 

Transport damage shall be reported straight to the transporter and insurance company. It is important to check every delivery. Do not sign the waybill before all the parcels are counted.

 

Products that are out of stock will be backordered and delivered as soon as possible. Backorders with a value under €50 will be canceled, and have to be ordered again.

 

14 days net from billing date. Payment after the due date will be charged reminder fee and interest.  

 

In general we deliver your goods within a week from recieving your order.

 

Remarks shall be made within 8 days from recieving the goods. Returns are only getting accepted after contact with us on Bakers. On approved returns that is not caused by our misstakes a 85% creditnote is given. Returned goods shall be in original condition and packaging. Special orders are not accepted as returns.
